The 2007-family residential complex at Bayangol Pass will be completed in the third quarter of 2027.
Preparations are underway to build a 2,007-family residential complex on a 10-hectare site in the 34th khoroo of Songinokhairkhan District. Specifically, an open tender for the construction of the housing complex was announced in January 2024, and the Republic of Korea’s ‘Il Sung’ JSC was selected as the general contractor.
“The neighborhood will include a school and a kindergarten complex, along with a total of fourteen 10-story apartment buildings featuring 1- to 3-room units. These apartments will be energy-efficient and budget-friendly. The residential area is scheduled to be put into operation in the third quarter of 2027. Here are the details from G. The Capital Governor’s Office is preparing to build a 2007-family housing project in the 34th khoroo of Songinokhairkhan District with funding from a concessional loan provided by the Government of the Republic of Korea. This will be a comprehensive neighborhood featuring 1- to 3-room apartments, a school for 960 children, and a kindergarten complex for 240 children. These apartments will be allocated for land acquisition related to the Tolgoit sub-center,” he said.
