Land of 1,683 citizens was released in the area of Selbe sub-center, and a compensation agreement was signed

The housing project of the Selbe sub-center is being implemented on 158 hectares in the territory of the 14th and 18th communes of the Chingeltei district and the 14th commune of the Sukhbaatar district.

The vacating of the land of households and land cleaning are underway at the construction site of the Selbe sub-center. In particular, as of February 2025, more than 80 percent of the project’s land acquisition is ongoing. The land of 2200 households can be vacated to build a residential complex, and compensation agreements were signed with 1,683 citizens.

We are also working on the design of soil drainage and are preparing for the removal of overhead power lines and the transfer and removal of tracks. The construction works of the soil drainage and removal of overhead power lines, transfer and removal of tracks are underway on the subcenter of Selbe. 113 blocks of buildings for a total of 10,063 families will be built in the Selbe sub-center.

Of these, 93 blocks of 87 families with nine stories, 12 blocks of 117 families with 12 stories, and eight blocks of 71 families with 12 stories are planned to be put into operation. The parking area is 47,530 square meters.

Three blocks are schools, and five blocks are kindergartens. A 100-bed hospital, shopping, entertainment, office buildings, a sports complex, green facilities, highways, bicycle paths, and pedestrian paths will be comprehensively planned on an area of ​​152,650 square meters.
