A total of 143.9 tons of reserve meat sold out

As of today, a total of 143.9 tons of reserve meat have been sold. Reserve meat is being sold at retail in 446 stores throughout the capital. As of today, 75.3 tons of beef and 68.6 tons of mutton, or a total of 143.9 tons of meat, have been sold. This was clarified by N. He said, “In previous years, the sale of reserve meat was started between March 1 and 15. However, this year, due to the reduced supply of meat and high market prices, the sale of reserve meat was started on February 7. In total, 8,713 tons of meat from 10 enterprises were reserved. 143.9 tons of meat have been sold in the 40 days since the start of retail sales.”

An expanded sale of reserve meat was also organized in 18 locations in nine districts from February 24-27. A total of 99.57 tons of mutton were sold through the expanded sale.
